And it's in conflict with the part of your brain that wants you to stop eating doughnuts.
Because when you’re stressed-out, your fight-or-flight takes over and you switch to autopilot.
It's no wonder you don't feel in control anymore.
And if you're ALWAYS stressed-out, then you're in autopilot ALL the time!
And NO amount of MYTHICAL WILLPOWER can help you stick to your healthy plans when you're on autopilot.
You can see why the old methods of using willpower to stay on strict diet and exercise programs just won't work.
So that you can finally stop the internal sabotage and stick to the healthy diet, exercise and lifestyle habits that let you:
